Quality management as philosophy and guarantee for best possible patient care
Patient well-being and the satisfaction of the ordering physicians, hospitals and institutions are the central guiding principles of the MGZ, together both are decisive factors in our motivation and are part of the self-evident basis of our daily performance.
In our physician- and owner-managed laboratory, constant analytical-methodical as well as medical advanced training has the highest priority and thus decisively ensures our high quality standards. This is equally reflected in our commitment to a comprehensive quality management. Our outstanding engagement has been confirmed for well over 20 years by accreditation according to DIN EN ISO 15189.
What are the benefits of accreditation?
Certification is a conformity procedure for monitoring processes and management systems and confirms that requirements of specific standards, e.g. ISO 9001, are met. The persons responsible do not exclusively own the technical competence for the product or service to be certified.
In contrast, accreditation, which requires a more in-depth inspection than certification, certifies not only conformity with standards, but also in particular the existence of appropriate professional and technical competencies.
Our quality standards
Within the scope of accreditation, MGZ uses extensive instruments to sustainably ensure and further develop our high quality level. The focus is on our competent employees, whose capabilities are fully involved at all levels for the daily optimization of our organization and our service. Regular quality circles, systematic and targeted measures for further training and qualification, obligatory preventive management, broad-based internal and external quality assurance as well as standardized processes around analytics in our laboratory are a matter of course.
In particular, our accreditation means a guarantee of diagnostics of the highest quality, safe and fast transmission of finding reports, and reliable, valid results.
