In the technical validation, sequence variants with 0.5% allele frequency were detected with a sensitivity of 99.7% and a precision of 91. 5%. Thus, the Duplex Sequencing Panel outperforms other liquid biopsy gene panel analyses (Weber et al. PMID32560092).
