Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Bavarian and German national holidays excluded)

Preparing Samples

To ensure prompt analysis, please include the following:

• Cost statement from MGZ (offline orders only)
• Test Request Form
• Properly labeled sample
• Patient Consent Form (suggested)

Packaging Samples

Clinical specimens fall into UN 3373 “Biological substance, Category B” and must be transported in compliance with 49 CFR, Part 173.199 or IATA Packing Instruction 650. If a sample arrives mislabeled, unlabeled, or damaged, we reserve the right to not perform analysis.
